Introducing the LG STORE 360.

LG Store 360 is a platform that manages identified data of customers who visit LG Electronics, use products, and are interested in product purchases or events. LG Store 360 is operated/managed by LG Electronics to provide customers with differentiated messages and online/offline experiences. LG Store 360 will try to provide a consistent customer experience in all stores and online that sell and serve LG Electronics products, including LG Brandshop.
LG Store 360 uses LG products, including member information from LG.com (website), or uses identified data of interest, counseling, and visiting customers. All activities of marketing, such as events, promotions, and introductions through LG Store 360, are managed individually, and The consent of the customers who participated in the marketing must be obtained to the terms and conditions of each activity. Customer identified data collected by LG Store 360 is stored/managed for one year as of the initial acquisition date. The marketing activities of LG Store 360 using the data of customers who do not agree to the terms and conditions or express their intention to refuse
to receive them are limited. LG Store 360 does not carry out marketing activities for separate accounts by recycling data from valuable customers and providing it to interested third parties. The LG Store 360 saves customer members/identified data and records and details of marketing participated by customers and stores them in a safe storage place managed by LG Electronics through Google Cloud Platform, and uses Data Storage configured in Korea as an Asian regional server. All information on LG Store 360 is managed in the form of LOG and processed safely. LG Store 360's customer communication consists of e-mail, SMS, and telephone counseling. E-mail and SMS are linked to a solution that allows LG Store 360 to send e-mails and SMS, and if there is information to be provided to customers who agree to use customer requests and marketing, messages can be safely delivered to customers. Telephone counseling is provided to the store through store staff when the customer directly requests counseling through marketing activities or when the customer's identified data and store information are confirmed through marketing reception consent, and the customer's phone number is not recyclable once. All customers' data is safely stored in the LG Store 360.
LG Store 360 will strive to provide a seamless online/offline experience and do our best to provide a new customer experience by delivering differentiated messages to LG Electronics customers.

360

LG Store 360 values privacy rights, including basic identifiable information, and believes that these basic rights should not depend on where customers live in the world.
Accordingly, LG Store 360 treats as 'Identified Data' any data relating to, or to which LG Electronics and LG Store 360 can connect or connect to an identified or identifiable individual, regardless of where the individual resides. In other words, data that directly identifies a customer, such as a customer's name, is identified data, and data that does not directly identify a customer, such as the serial number of a device used by the customer, but can be reasonably used to identify the customer is also identified data. Aggregated data is considered non-identified data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

LG Store 360 is conducting marketing activities for members who agree to the activities through identified/non-identified data obtained through customer participation and membership of LG Electronics. In other words, the LG Store 360 strives to collect only the identified/non- identified data required. The identified/non-identified data collected by the LG Store 360 depends on the way customers interact with LG Electronics or LG Electronics affiliates. Customers do not necessarily have to provide all forms requested by LG Store 360. However, if data is not provided through the form, the LG Store 360 will not be able to provide differentiated benefits, LG Electronics product information, suggestions, or services to customers, or respond to customer requests.
LG Store 360 can collect various information, including creating an LG Electronics web page member ID (email), event links delivered to stores and e-mails through LG Store 360, event participation, consultation history, product or device purchases, personal information inquiries (including LG Electronics web pages).

Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information

Protection, Etc.of the Republic of Korea, Personal Information Protection Act, etc. We comply with the personal information protection regulations in the relevant laws and have the following

6. Destruction procedures and methods of personal information

In principle, the “Company” destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows.

However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the "Company" may keep the customer's personal information for a certain period set by the relevant laws and regulations. In this case, the personal information is managed only for the purpose of storage.

(1) Destruction procedure

- Member data provided as a member of the LG Electronics website will be destroyed without delay when the customer withdraws or applies for destruction through the LG Electronics website. However, if it is required to be kept according to internal policy or other relevant laws, or within one year from the member's request for withdrawal, it will be transferred to a separate DB and stored for a certain period of time and then destroyed (when responding to CS inquiries, etc.).

- Identified data acquired through LG Store 360 will not be destroyed and will be discontinued by opting out. LG Store 360 is a platform operated for the purpose of processing and utilizing data, and does not directly delete data. However, according to the management plan, in the case of identified data without objection or activity for one year, a request for consent must be requested from the customer at least one week in advance. In case of non-response, it will be destroyed. Data destroyed by LG Store 360 does not affect member data or other service data, and is deleted or restricted to marketing services only.

- In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., if there is no log-in record for one year, the customer is notified

to extend the information maintenance, and the stored record is registered and displayed. The

“Company” notifies the customers who are going to keep it 30 days before the extension of the

fact and identified information items to be kept for extension by e-mail or text message (SMS).

(2) Destruction method

- Personal information stored in electronic file format will be deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.

7. Rights of users and legal representatives and how to exercise them
(1) If a customer requests correction of an error in identified information, it will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the result of the correction without delay so that the correction is made.

(2) The “Company” handles personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of the customer or legal representative as specified in the “Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information” and is not allowed to be viewed or used for any other purpose

8. Matters concerning the installation and operation of an automatic personal information collection device and its refusal.

“Company” is operating a .cookie that frequently stores and finds customer information, etc. A cookie is a very small text file that the server used to run the “company” sends to the customer's browser and is stored on the customer's computer hard disk. “Company” uses cookies for the

following purposes:

- We provide targeted marketing and personalized services by analyzing customer access frequency and visit time, identified customer tastes and interests, tracking traces, and identified the degree of participation in various events and number of visits. 9. Technical/Administrative Protection Measures for Personal Information

The “Company” is taking the following technical/administrative measures to ensure safety so that

personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered or damaged in processing customer personal information.

Period of retention and use of personal information
